Preparing talent for the world of work

FutureForce is a workplace readiness programme in South Africa designed to bridge the gap between graduation and employment — equipping young professionals with the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed in today’s job market.

Established June 2026

About FutureForce

FutureForce was created to address a growing challenge in South Africa — graduates entering the job market without the practical skills required by employers. In 2025, iLaunch hosted a workplace readiness workshop for graduates.

This highlighted a clear need for a structured programme focused on employability, career readiness, and real-world workplace preparationFutureForce is our response.
