iLaunch Launches FutureForce to Bridge the Gap Between Graduates and the Workplace

Cape Town, South Africa – June 2026

iLaunch is proud to announce the launch of FutureForce, a workplace readiness programme designed to equip graduates with the practical skills, confidence, and insight needed to successfully transition into the world of work.

The initiative was developed in response to a growing challenge observed across the recruitment landscape — while many graduates enter the job market with strong academic foundations, they often lack the practical exposure required to meet workplace expectations.

In 2025, iLaunch hosted what was intended to be a single workplace readiness workshop. Due to overwhelming demand, this expanded into three sessions, engaging graduates from diverse backgrounds, including participants through NGO partnerships. These sessions highlighted a clear and consistent need for structured support to bridge the gap between education and employment.

“Through our engagement with both clients and candidates, we see firsthand the challenges graduates face when entering the workplace,” said Toni Volschenk, iLaunch CEO. “FutureForce is our response — a programme designed to better prepare young professionals and create meaningful pathways into employment.”

FutureForce is a structured, four-week programme that combines practical learning with real-world insights. Participants will gain exposure to key areas such as CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, and employer expectations. The programme also incorporates real-world scenarios to build confidence and readiness.

A key differentiator of FutureForce is its alignment with real market demand. Top-performing participants will be considered for opportunities within iLaunch’s client network, providing a direct link between training and employment.

The programme will launch its first official cohort in June 2026, with applications opening in May. Participation will be limited to a select group of 20–30 candidates per intake, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience.

Through FutureForce, iLaunch aims to contribute meaningfully to youth employment in South Africa while strengthening the pipeline of workplace-ready talent available to clients.

As the programme evolves, iLaunch’s ambition is to grow FutureForce into a recognised pathway for graduates entering the workforce — supporting both individuals and organisations in navigating an increasingly competitive job market.
